I’m Kirsten Dermody, a storyteller drawn to tales filled with heart, longing, and just the right touch of magic. I write the Sweetwater series — a collection of cozy, small-town romances brimming with slow burns, second chances, and deeply emotional love stories — as well as fantasy romance where passion, danger, and enchantment intertwine.

When I’m not lost in fictional worlds, I’m usually found with a book nearby and coffee within reach. My days are a blend of writing and family life, often spent cheering from the sidelines at the hockey arena or soaking up the beautiful chaos of motherhood with my three children.

At the center of everything I write is a simple belief: stories should feel immersive, emotional, and a little bit magical. I believe in unforgettable characters, everyday wonder, and romances that completely sweep you away.
